Process

To receive a refund you have to contact us by email at support@peakhealthresearch.com or call us at (888) 811-1186

and provide us the reason for return along with your order number.

Policy

Our policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may request a refund if you never received the product or if it didn’t work for you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
